In the latest Intimation of change in the composition of Board in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rajeev Jhawar who have been the Managing Director of Usha Martin till date have been reappointed for the next 5 years. Rajeev Jhawar is an industrialist from India with more than 30 years of strategic management expertise. He began his career as a Senior Vice President (Commercial), and in 1998 he was appointed managing director of Usha Martin Limited. He attended Ranchi University and London Business School for graduation.
